Getting to know your Students' Union representatives and the Executive Team is important, as these individuals are representing the over 30,000 undergraduate student body to University of Calgary administration, city officials and politicians.
For this article, we sat down with Michael Nguyen, a fourth year Biological Sciences major, to discuss how his new, Students' Union role is going thus far. We also discussed his plans for a large scale Computer Science lab renovation and how advocacy has become an important aspect of his busy life.
